After initial treatment, I contracted for monthly maintenance services with ProCore. Matt B is my service Technician and is always pleasant and accommodating. He knocks on the door to make sure I have no issues inside that need attention, provides thorough treatment around the house and yard. I would highly recommend ProCore to anyone seeking pest control. We live on a heavily wooded lot near water and have a major problem with cockroaches of all types. ProCore has been managing our problem and has done a fantastic job. We have had several different techs since using ProCore. It seems the techs have a frequent turn around, but the company is still trying very hard to address our service issues.
