They were prompt on the day of my appointment. And they got right down to business at get rid of the bedbugs in my apartment. They were really bad in my bedroom it was so bad I couldn’t even sleep in my bed. And the tech was even willing to help me put a bedbug encasement on my box spring but my apartment was so warm I couldn’t but I really appreciate him offering to help me with it. When Scott left he said that he would be back in 2 weeks to recheck my apartment to see if the bedbugs have come back. I definitely will be calling them again if I have any problems.
